BEGINNING A TENANCY
- Refurbish the property with our interior design partners, including repainting, furniture changes and decor.

Carry out a comprehensive vetting and referencing procedure enlisting a third party company.​

DURING A TENANCY

Take responsibility for any utility payments.

Negotiate tenancy renewals and re-adavertise properties within our network if necessary. ​

Perform high quality deep cleans inbetween tenancies.

Conduct ​a quarterly property inspection and provide update on the state of the property. Arranging repairs if required.

Act as out-of-hour 24/7 emergency contact for tenant.
